Skin Glow (GHK-Cu) 100mg – skin, collagen, hair

GHK-Cu stimulates collagen synthesis/ elastin and accelerates skin healing. Helps with dryness and stress on the skin barrier from dieting, workouts and low body fat. It is valuable in anti-aging strategies where appearance and skin tone are a priority. It is often combined with collagen, vitamin C and rejuvenation procedures for a multi-effect.

What is Skin Glow (GHK-Cu)?

This peptide supports the natural processes of tissue renewal and repair, directing cells to produce more structural proteins and to reduce signs of “wear” in their surrounding environment.

Binding copper (Cu2+) to the tripeptide GHK forms a copper complex of the “copper peptide” class, which is regarded as an endogenous signaling module influencing cellular programs for remodeling the extracellular matrix and regulation of inflammatory mediators via gene expression and receptor-mediated pathways (summarized in Wikipedia: GHK-Cu and scientific reviews).

Mechanism of action

In preclinical systems GHK-Cu is associated with changes in transcriptional profiles related to collagen synthesis, metalloproteinases and tissue repair; functionally this is interpreted as a modification of copper-dependent signaling, redox status and ECM remodeling. Important for experimental design: the effects are highly context-dependent (cell type, serum, oxygen, available copper) and should be controlled with appropriate negative/positive controls and chelators when needed. Clinical/preclinical data (numerical)

Publicly available data with solid numerical endpointsThe open summaries/pages lack reliable unified numerical results suitable for a B2B specification without access to primary articles; the available information is mostly descriptive and preliminary.

Laboratory use

In the laboratory setting GHK-Cu is used for models of dermal fibroblasts, keratinocytes, wound-healing assays, collagen/elastin analysis, MMP/TIMP panels and RNA-seq/qPCR. In the clinical setting it appears as a cosmetic ingredient, but the present material is for research use only; regulatory references for medicinal use are not established by the FDA/EMA (see FDA, EMA).

Pharmacokinetics

A systemic PK framework in humans is not standardized; for in vitro work plan time points (e.g. 6–48 h) and check stability/complex formation with copper in the working buffer.

Purity and formula

Skin Glow – GHK-Cu from MyPeptid provides conditions for controlled testing, as it is of purity above 99% (suitable for analytical traceability, HPLC/LC-MS verification and batch-to-batch reproducibility).
